I grew up in the small country town of Nacogdoches, TX. During the time I serviced in the United States Navy, I learned to view the world and interaction with people through different lenses. I am passionate about helping others realize their full potential . Working in HR for over 10 years -I identified key business practices and strategies that are effective in the workplace. I am married with 2 children and understand the importance of life balance.
