A returning member session is a follow-up meeting designed to build on previous engagements and strengthen the ongoing relationship. During this session, we review past progress, address any new challenges, and explore additional opportunities to ensure that our solutions continue to meet the client's evolving needs. This session aims to reaffirm our commitment to the client's success and identify ways to further enhance their experience and outcomes.
Cancellation Policy
At The Right Business Coach, we strive to provide exceptional service and value your time. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth process for all clients, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Cancellation Policy Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide notice, you will be charged the full session fee. How to Cancel: To cancel your appointment, please contact us via phone or email. Be sure to provide your name, appointment date, and time. Rescheduling Policy Notice Period: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the session cost. Rescheduling Procedure: To reschedule your appointment, please contact us via phone or email. Provide your name, appointment date, and time, along with your preferred new appointment date and time. Multiple Reschedules: We allow up to two reschedules per appointment. Beyond this, the appointment will be considered canceled and subject to the cancellation policy. Emergency Cancellations and Rescheduling We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive fees at our discretion.
