Cancellation Policy Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide notice, you will be charged the full session fee. How to Cancel: To cancel your appointment, please contact us via phone or email. Be sure to provide your name, appointment date, and time. Rescheduling Policy Notice Period: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the session cost. Rescheduling Procedure: To reschedule your appointment, please contact us via phone or email. Provide your name, appointment date, and time, along with your preferred new appointment date and time. Multiple Reschedules: We allow up to two reschedules per appointment. Beyond this, the appointment will be considered canceled and subject to the cancellation policy.
